/&gt;Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;150gde farinha de trigo integral&lt;br /&gt;2 bananas amassadas&lt;br /&gt;3 colheres de chá de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;100g de nozes picada&lt;br /&gt;1 pitada de canela em pó(opcional)&lt;br /&gt;100g de açúcar mascavo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de fazer&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bata na batedeira a margarina com o açúcar, até obter um creme fofo e leve, junte um ovo, batendo sempre e acrescente uma colher de farinha de trigo , e o segundo ovo, adicione o restante da farinha de trigo,o fermento e as bananas amassadas e misture bem . type='text'>Pão de Centeio</title><content type='html'>Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;30g de fermento biológico&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de mel&lt;br /&gt;3 xícaras de arinha integral&lt;br /&gt;2 xícaras de arinha de centeio&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de gergilin&lt;br /&gt;3 colheres de sopa de óleo de milho&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara de água morna&lt;br /&gt;sal á gosto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Fazer&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloque o fermento no mel e espere desmanchar sozinho.Reserve e misture as farinhas,o sal,e as sementes de gregelim.&lt;br /&gt;Abra um buraco no meio e coloque o fermento disovido no mel,coloque op óleo sobre o emento e mexa a massa enquanto acrescenta a água aos poucos.Quando parar de grudar nas mãos, cubra a massa com um pano e deixe descansar até dobrar de volume.Corte a massa em dois pedaços e modele os pães, pincele com um pouco de água e duas gotinhas de óleo.Deixe descansar por mais vinte minutos.Asse em forno médio pré colheres de sopa de margarina light&lt;br /&gt;1 clara&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de óleo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recheio&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 xícara de chá leite desnatado&lt;br /&gt;1/2 xícara de chá de iogurt desnatado (natural)3 colheres de sopa de ricota fresca&lt;br /&gt;2 ovos inteiros&lt;br /&gt;3 colheres de sopa de creme de leite (opcional)&lt;br /&gt;sal e pimenta do reino á gosto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Fazer&lt;br /&gt;Numa tijela, junte a arinha de trigo, o sal, a margarina e a clara, e amasse bem com as mãos forre a forma de quiche ou forminhas de empada( uma camada média,)de massa.&lt;br /&gt;Bata todos os ingredientes do recheio no liquidificador e despeje sobre as forminha,leve ao forno pré aquecido até dourar.(mais ou menos 20 de cheiro verde picado&lt;br /&gt;2 abobrinhas grandes picadas&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de óleo&lt;br /&gt;sal e pimenta do reino á gosto.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Fazer&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bater no liquidiicador:os ovos,o leite,o caldo de galinha,o óleo,e a ricota.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Passar para uma tijela , acrescentar os outros ingredientes e misturar muito bem.Colocar num
